About Rich
A website should feel like the person and business behind it.
Rich did not enter website development because he planned on becoming a web designer. He entered it because he was a creator and entrepreneur first.
Through building multiple businesses, brands, creative ventures, media projects, technology platforms, and client projects, Rich kept running into the same problem many business owners face: having a clear vision in your head and struggling to find someone who can translate that vision into a website the way you actually imagined it.
After paying for websites, managing developers, requesting revision after revision, and still sometimes feeling disconnected from the finished product, he decided to start building for himself.
What started out of necessity became something he genuinely fell in love with.
Experiencing the process from the client's side changed the way he approached website development. The goal became more than simply creating something that looked good.
It became about understanding the business, understanding the person behind it, understanding what they were trying to communicate, and then creating something that actually felt like them.
Today, those experiences live under Attractive Mindset. Rich operates across entrepreneurship, media, artist development, technology, creative production, branding, consulting, and business development. That combination gives him a different perspective because he understands that a website is not simply a collection of pages.
It's often someone's business.
Someone's dream.
Someone's first impression.
Someone's next customer.
And sometimes someone's first real attempt at turning an idea into something tangible.
Being a new business owner, creator, artist, entrepreneur, or local business owner is already difficult enough. Your website shouldn't be.
